In Malaysia, FBG Land is spearheading a series of projects that highlight the Group's commitment to quality and sustainable growth. Notable developments include Vierra Residence @ Kinrara and Desa Green @ Kuala Krai. Rica Residence @ Sentul, completed in early 2021, was well-received by buyers thanks to its high-quality build and strategic location with easy access to the Sentul Barat MRT station. Vierra Residence Kinrara, launched in the second quarter of 2022, is a two-tower affordable housing development under the "Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia" (RUMAWIP) initiative. The Group's latest project Desa Green, located in Kuala Krai, Kelantan is an integrated township with a land area of approximately 146 acres.

FBG Land's reach extends beyond Malaysia to Melbourne, Australia, where the Group has completed prestigious developments. In early 2017, the Group completed Gardenhill, a prestigious luxury apartment development located on Doncaster Hill. In early 2021, Paragon, an iconic skyscraper featuring Australia’s first high-rise indoor forest, was completed in Melbourne's CBD. The latest development, The Wilds, launched in mid-2021, offers a thoughtfully designed collection of 15 homes along the picturesque banks of Merri Creek in Northcote.
